Xbox One ESP issues

Hello,

I purchased an Xbox One ESP through the myservice.xbox.com web site on 9/29/14. I received a confirmation email and a contract (with a contract number) When I go to the myservice web site does not show the extended warranty and when I chat with support,
they said they could not find any record of the ESP plan and told me to call the microsoft store. When I called the microsoft store, they could not help me and told me to contact xbox support (notice the loop?).

Now I am here as it's either the forums or twitter before I just dispute the charge with my Visa.

Xbox One ESP

I bought the Extended Service Plan on launch day, but it's not showing up on the service page when I sign in. I thought you just had to phone support and give them the order number? Anyway I'm waiting for a call back tomorrow, as they need to gather more
information about my account. Anyone able to offer advice?

 

Purchasing Xbox One Extended Warranty online

I don't know if this is the correct place to ask this, but is anyone else having an issue trying to purchase the Extended Service Warranty for the Xbox One through myservice.xbox.com? My Xbox One is already registered, but when I go to my devices and choose
Buy ESP under my Xbox One, it asks me to register it again and when I put in my serial number it goes on to say that serial number has already been registered. How do I get past this so I can purchase a ESP for my Xbox One?
