xbox one errors. cannot login in, reboot or reset to factory setting

instructions tell me to press BIND button and eject button. There is no BIND button on my console

On the original Xbox One, the 'Bind' button is on the left hand side of the machine, next to the loading slot for the Blu-ray drive.

On the One S and One X, the Bind button is now called the 'Accessory pairing button'. This button is located below the power button - if the console sitting horizontally - or to left of the power button, if the console is standing up vertically.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the Xbox One errors.

For more assistance on the important buttons and ports that you'll be using,
Get to know your Xbox One S or original Xbox One console.

Try this:

• Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
• Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
• Press and hold the
  BINDbutton (located below the Xbox button on the console) and the
  EJECTbutton (located on the front of the console), and then press the
  Xboxbutton on the console.
• Continue holding the
  BINDand
  EJECTbuttons for 10-15 seconds.
• Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the
  BINDand
  EJECTbuttons after the second power-up tone.
• The console should power up and take you directly
  to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.
• Select
  Reset this Xbox
• Select
  Reset this Xbox and Keep Games and Apps
