    Xbox One Error


    I have an issue with my Xbox One,

    Once I've turned it on and the green screen loads, after some time, an error shows up saying something went wrong with the error code 0x80070490. I have looked up the issue on Xbox error support and that doesn't help; the fact of the matter is I can't get
    the error off the screen and go to the home page to actually try and do anything to fix it.

    Does any one have any ideas, could you please help me?
