    Xbox One Error


    Hello,

    I am not sure why but I can no longer log into my account on my Xbox One. I’ve checked the network connection and it is fine.

    Every time I put in my 6-digit code I get the following message: “There was a problem. We couldn’t sign you in. Try again in a few minutes, or check your account by signing in to account.live.com. Sign in: 0x800488FC.”

    I have no clue what this means. I’ve done a hard reset and changed my Microsoft account password. My Xbox app is working fine. Anyone have an idea here? Thanks!

    Some have had success doing the following: SETTINGS/NETWORK/NETWORK SETTINGS/ADVANCED SETTINGS/ALTERNATE MAC ADDRESS/CLEAR/RESTART or by doing a hard reboot of the console.
