Xbox one error with digital games

I was trying to play assassina creed odyssey and a message appeared that said my save required some additional dlc to load exept I have all dlc installed I clicard a to download missing content and to my suprised I had like 118 downloads for some reason
some were of things I have deleted and some were of games and dlc I know for a fact were installed. And now if I try to start life is strange 2 for example a message appears that says you need to install the game or app for this make sure youre signed into
xbox live and look for it in the Microsoft store 0x80270254. I did a hard reset and the problem is still happening. I do not want to do a factory reset because downloading all of my games again will take forever but I don't know how to fix it. I wasn't sure
if it was a pRobles with my external drive or not

What game are you trying to play? Is it played with a disc, or is it a digital download?

Hey there superchief!

Sorry to hear you are running into these problems with your console, is it the Original Xbox One, Xbox One S or the Xbox One X?

Go ahead and attempt to
Remove and then Add your account back on the console then give it another try. If the issue persists then I would advise you attempt to

Reset Console and keep games and apps. By doing this you are performing the Factory Reset to the console but it won't remove any of your games or apps that you have installed on the console.

Give this a try and let us know if it has helped.

Hi I have the original xbox one and I found that it fixes it if I re download the effected games or dlc. It was only some digital games and dlc for some reason not all of them

I always get this SAME error, and it asks me to put in the disc. But I'm not playing a digital game (I have no problems with digital games).

I'm trying to play XBOX ONE physical games. It says to put the CD in - but it already is!

I'm so sick of xbox. I'm not buying the "S" or the new Xbox One X. I'm getting rid of this Piece O.S. and buying a Playstation.

After 16 years with Xbox, I just can't handle the constant errors (AND Bull.S. "support" staff).
