    Xbox One Error: There's A Problem Getting This Content Right Now


    Recently I've been having a problem on Xbox One, Whenever I try to install Mass Effect 1 from a disc all it says on the disc information is "There Is A Problem Getting This Information Right Now". I thought there might be something wrong with my Xbox or the disc, but when I try installing another game from a disc it works and my Xbox has recognized other games. The disc is in perfect condition and my Xbox One has recognized discs that are in far worse condition. I thought that maybe I had a region locked copy that couldn't be read on my Xbox One until recently when I put the game into my Xbox 360 and it read the game and I was able to start it. I've tried restarting my Xbox One and going offline and back online but nothing seems to work. Is this just a problem with Mass Effect 1 or is there something I need to do to my Xbox One? Any help or advice is very much appreciated thank you.

    to be sure if you are participating in the Xbox Insider program, then this currently is a issue others are experiencing as well. In that case be sure to report this as feedback via the Xbox Insider App.

    If you are not participating in the Xbox Insider Program then please try the following steps:

    please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

    If that doesn't help run a network test on the console to see if there are any network related issues on the console

    If all is good and still experiencing the same try:

    - Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)

    - Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

    I'm having the same problem on Xbox One X. My internet appears to be solid. I'm in the preview program if that matters
    No, not the issue with your internet. But as has been mentioned earlier, the Xbox Live services themselves are experiencing some issues :)
