Xbox One Error & non accessable

Turn on my xbox this morning, and my the right side of my dashboard wasnt there. Scrolled over, and neither were community, oneguide, and store. I Can't start a party, join a party, and cant even look at my profile. It always brings up a error code or "please
try again later," message. I cant even play a single game because it doesnt say I have my data on it. Is there any solution because im sick and tired of the xbox one being so defective and not user-friendly.

ive had many different emails discussing pending points, yet none of the points are accessable so it is not allowing me to do anything with them?

redeem code not loading

I can't redeem any codes! I work hard for my money. I purchased an Xbox One, bought a card for a 3 month Xbox Live Gold Membership, & $15 card. None of the codes work when typed in. I tried the error code into their error code search & nothing worked!

Try a hard reset on your console. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once
it is back up and operational test for results.

You can also try logging out of your profile and logging back in.

1. Sign into your Xbox that you intend to use the Non-Gold profile with and set to the Home Xbox.

2. Sign into your other Non-home Xbox with your Gold Account.

The idea is that the console that you use non gold profiles on should be set to the home Xbox. This way you can sign into any other Xbox with the gold account and access gold while the other non gold profiles access gold from the home Xbox.

Access to the non game busting fun mutators like Big Heads in Vs mode would be an amusing option but I suppose the way its done would be access to one would be access to all.
