xbox one error message 0x8027025a

Unable to sign in. Screen just gets dark, then nothing happens. Tried to go to settings to check connection in Settings. All I get is a message that says "please try again for some reason Settings took too long to start. (0x8027025a).

Help please. ?..

Hi

Before I try this can i just check something? I know it removes the account but I can put that back on, but I bought a game online which is stored on the box. Restoring to factory settings will erase game data but would I also lose the game and need to buy
it again. As it was bought online I don't have a disk. Sorry if I appear a bit dim, I'm a novice user.

same issue when I try to open Settings > TV ... No solution for me yet.

OK, I just shutdown using the front power indicator, then checked all cables, removed the power for 30 seconds and restarted and it all works, for now.
