xbox one error found glitch in system

I have had the xbox one for a month now and I havent experienced any problems until now. I sign in to my profile and It won't let me do anything as it states that I need xbox gold to do this. I know for certain that my xbox gold has not expired,
but I am still getting this error below.

It appears you've found a glitch in the system xbox. I've been having this problem for almost a month now and non of yall suggestion worked. Everytime I try to update my membership that error glitch in the system pops up. Please someone who know what they

Account Upgrade - Not working?

Whenever I try to upgrade from Silver to Gold I get an error message stating 'you found a glitch in the system'.

try to delete your Profile from the Xbox One and download it again.

iv had a similar problem like this i cant do anything play online etc and iv been waiting 11/12 days for someone to fix it but i keep getting the run around.

 

Can someone help me with this error message? I can't do anything game related on my system.
