XBox One Error E203 0000080C 80073CF6

My XBox One Console starts up and shows this error. I cannot find any mention of this error in XBox Support, so I don't understand the next steps, except contacting support.

My Xbox is more than 2 years old so I assume the usual warranty has already expired. Any input on this error is appreciated.

it's a new xbox when turned on it says something whent wrong at top of screen and system error at bottom with the error code

Can't See the Display

I wound up using the USB to reset the XBox One to the factory default settings, which appears to have worked.

FWIW the offline diagnostic tool update wound up returning an error message (E203 0000080C 80073CF6), which evidently means that data got corrupted, preventing the home screen from coming up.

This issue often is caused by corrupted data in the console which prevents the home screen from loading correctly, this can often be fixed by a factory restore. Now as you can't actually access the settings to do this there is a way to restore to factory
defaults using a USB flash drive.

If you visit the offline system diagnostic support page you can download the Restore Factory Defaults file:

support.xbox.com/.../offline-system-update-diagnostic-tool

Read through the process of formatting the flash drive etc thoroughly and follow the instructions as if you were doing a system update but using the file you downloaded you may find that your console will then boot correctly.

Yes this helped me! I was about to send my xbox to the support center and tried the factory reset one last time after looking at this reply and it worked, although I would expect that the instructions in the offline diagnostic tool are more simpler to follow.

I get the error code
E203 0000080C 80073CF6 So I tried to troubleshoot my Xbox but every time I do I hear the second power up noise
and then my Xbox turns off , but if I let it boot up normally it just loads and pops up the error code
