    Xbox One error - “connect to the Xbox network”


    We have two Xbox consoles, one Xbox account that we have always been able to use on both consoles without a problem. About a month ago suddenly we cannot use one of the consoles despite there not being a wireless issue with our internet. The error states “connect to Xbox network”, my son is able to see what friends are online but he cannot launch any of his games. Our WiFi is fine but the error persists and we can no longer use the console to play games. When we test connection the WiFi is fine.
