    Okay so first I want to confirm, can games through Game Pass be played offline? A guy I talk with at Microsoft support said it wasn't possible, although I'm sure it is as I used to be able to play Xbox games offline just fine unless this has been changed?

    I'm not able to launch any Xbox One games, through Ultimate, while offline. Sometimes I get the error “Sign in or renew the subscription” with error code 0x803f900a. Sometimes it's “To continue, reconnect to Xbox Live” with error code 0x87dd001e. This error happens with purchased games too, why do I need to be online to play games I’ve paid for?

    My Xbox One is set to my Home Xbox and yes, I do have an active Ultimate subscription - It expire 27/6/21.

    I'm currently not able to always be connected to Xbox Live, due to not always having internet access or sometimes network outages otherwise I would just keep Xbox online connected all time to play Game pass games.

    Please don't advise me to contact support, I've tried many times and spoke to multiple support agents. Waste of time, just go round in circles with no solution. I've also try everything on the troubleshooting pages for the error codes, no help.

    Troubleshooting steps I already try so far:

    - Power cycle console

    - Removed and reinstalled profile

    - Cleared Mac address and set console to offline in network settings

    - Reset console (keeping games and apps)

    - Cleared local saved games

    - Removed console as Home then added it again

    - Left the insider program which for some reason, reset everything again and updated console with a long 4GB update.

    Can someone help or advise please? Sorry for English, I'm polish. I use translate and my brother help, he is better at English than me.

    this is microsoft new Strategy .

    after last console update can not play game pass games in offline mode Particular after console restart or shutdown.

    after console restart or shutdown we should ones connect to internet , open all game pass game At least once And then make console offline and set power setting to instant-on mode until console wont go in full shutdown mode.

    If the power goes out .you need reconnect to internet after boot and repeat above Instructions.
