    i have tried to enter a 48 hour trial onto my account as my gold membership has ran out but it says "you have a gold membership already" when i clearly don't as i'm not allowed in parties as i am silver. is there anything that i can do or is it ms idea
    to try getting money off me, been with xbox for 6 years now so i wouldn't like to go to ps4 but honestly debating it

    Anyways if you got it Brand new you should have gotten a redeem code for the gamer pictures. If you have the redeem code let me know and I'll explain how you redeem it.

    XBOX LIVE GOLDEN cannot update my subscription

    Hello i receive the following error after i try to redeem my 25 digit code to renew my subscription.

    I have the same problem in that I was given a two free day trial when I purchased Fifa 16 and cannot redeem the 25 character code as it comes up with "you have a gold membership already" when I know my Xbox live ran out on the 01/12/15 and today's date is
    12/12/15 so I am really annoyed that I cannot redeem my code
