    Hello I went to put in my Xbox Live Call of Duty Advanced Warfare 12 month live gold membership card and the back was not scratched off before I received it. The code does not work and displays this error code as I put it in. Xbos-0x80169CF942783bbe-088e-47c2-ae29-d5a09699e605
