    i type in the entire code on my 12 month card. it tells me it finds it and asks me to confirm. when i do and error message saying "Something went wrong Give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by entering the code below at xbox.com/errorhelp
    so we can investigate." i come and type in the code it says there are no support articles.

    The error XBOS-3015 is in internal error code. Meaning that Xbox Support has an internal lookup for that error code.

    I forget the common XBOS errors but from what I recall that was a common one.

    Long story, short. Contact Xbox Support and let them know what you're trying to do and give them the error code XBOS-3015. They can look that up and see if it's an issue with the account or the code you're trying to redeem.
