    I did purchase a physical copy from BestBuy. I found the code and entered it and it keeps bringing up the following error. "Xbos-0x80150017-81a59d3e-acbd-4956-94f7-8352f1ffd9a9-2015/12/04 - 23:19:01 UTC. Thx.

    Interesting, in that case I recommend contacting our chat or phone support agents through our Contact Us page so they can look into it. There may be a chance that your current
    subscription may need to expire before you add more Xbox Live Gold, but since this is a billing related issue I recommend contacting our chat or phone support agents to be sure.
