anyone at moment can't sign into there gt on xbox live?

same problem for me its been like this for the last two weeks. I will get randomly signed out of my account and out of games and apps its very annoying and i have no idea what is causing it. Its really starting to bother me because i don't have a bunch of
time to waste messing around with it let me know if you had any luck figuring it out and i will as well. good luck

 

Good luck i just spend 3h on the phone with technical support and i still can't get into my profile

just had this issue with my xbox one, had to delete my profile from the console and the re download it and now its working fie and playing again,, hope this helps!!!

I have been having the same problem... It may be something to do with Xbox itself.

I tried disconnecting from my internet then connecting back again (this may help), and when it connected it said that "Xbox was having some problems on its side".

This may be like when Destiny had a complete mental breakdown... I don't know. But its been happening since 2013.

Or we may just be unlucky gamers...

Hi i had the same problem and i now how to fix. Eror code: 0x87dd0019

Go to settings network option advansed settings an clear the ''mac'' thing. Now reastart your consol and It Seouls work.

(This solution is tryed in Xbox one only)
