Xbox One error code E102

When I turn on my Xbox One, it goes straight to a error screen and at the bottom it has the code starting E102. I tried the offline update OSUDT2 which started to work but 2 thirds in it goes back to the error code screen. I even tried to restore back to
factory default, it beeps once to say it found the USB and just after the second beep it turns off and goes straight to the error screen. Can anyone please help as my Xbox is out of warranty? Thanks in advance.

keep getting error code E102 coming up followed Xbox one reset instructions but nothing's happening. Just comes up with error code again

sorry to hear you are having problems, seems like you have tried the things I would suggest. Next step is to chat with support
here and see what they can suggest - it may end up needing a repair but let the support team determine that for you.

I already had a chat with support and tried the options they gave me. They said if restoring to system default didn't work, to post on here and see if anyone has had similar problems. As for a repair I don't know if they would do it as 2 months ago I replaced
part of the casing as it got damaged so no warranty.
