    Xbox One error code: DOES NOT GIVE ME ONE


    I have a 12 month gold card and when I enter it on my Xbox one it will say that its a 12month gold card but when i go to confirm it it says "Something went wrong Give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by entering the code below at xbox.com/errorhelp
    so we can investigate" well when i go to see the error code there isn't one. This problem has persisted all day please help.

    anyone at moment can't sign into there gt on xbox live?

    Any game I put in my 360 I get a message stating it needs to be updated. I can't connect to the markiet place to get the update either. I get the error code 87b0193

    Can you please reconfirm that error code for me. Does this happen for multiple games, or just certain ones?

    I have looked up the error code and it occurs when downloading content from xbox live on xbox 360, yet I am not using a 360 I am using an xbox one. The xbox one does not have an error code 0x80070570.
