    Xbox One error code: 87dd0019


    Just plugged in our new xbox one and ran through the update process and when I reached the sign in portion, it returns an error 87dd0019. I can log in to the xbox.com site just fine. Any idea why this error is popping up and not allowing me to log in?

    mine is the same just renewed my gold membership,cant even play any games without logging in. not happy

    Xbox live is hacked guys by some group called the lizzard squad. I'm sure xbox are working on it.

    Same here. New Xbox One and can't do anything without first signing in but won't let me sign in but web site works fine.

    So I got my kids an Xbox one for Christmas and we haven't been able to sign in ALL DAY!! what the hell is going on... I gave it time this morning, got a message sayin the issue was resolved, yet my kids STILL can not play with their Christmas present.. WHY?!?

    Yep I've been trying to get it set up for over 12 hours. First problems with the mandatory update, then signing in, then downloading the mandatory update for my game, now logging in again. Honestly I bet the 360 would work perfectly now.

    Same Here. Error Code:87DD0019. Won't even allow me to sign onto console therefore can't even play offline. This is crazy. Xbox live having a problem is one thing, but not being able to use the xbox offline? That is something else all together. Bad
    timing for sure. With all the money spent on this console, games, and the online service I would imagine some type of pro-rated compensation would be in order.
