Xbox One error code: 0x8z85004

Discus and support Xbox One error code: 0x8z85004 in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; when i try and download some games it says it blocked and says i'm age restricted and cant downloaded when i go and try to change it in settings it...     when i try and download some games it says it blocked and says i'm age restricted and cant downloaded when i go and try to change it in settings it says "your Private setting are in a effect but cant be changed until we connect to the service" this wont
    go away or get fixed in months

    anyone at moment can't sign into there gt on xbox live?
