Xbox One Error Code: 0x87de07dc

Hello

I am trying to download both Max: Curse of Brotherhood and Halo: Spartan ****. The downloads both go fine until they reach 99% where they stop giving me the

the error code: 0x87de07dc. I have tried:

• un/reinstalling when they stopped
• full shut down of my xbox

I have also tried to find the error code on the error code search site, but got no results. Several other people are having this issue as well

I am also getting this error downloading the same games. I have tried deleting the games and powering the Xbox One completely off and trying to re-download.Error code doesnt find any results 0x87de07dc

This is now a known issue.

Check this page for all the latest information:

support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

That page should get updated regularly (usually every 30 minutes) until the issue is resolved, at which point you should be able to download the games without issue.

 

Yeah Same here, both games are at 99% but will not install. Thanks for the link Maxen13. I feel better that Microsoft is aware of the issue.

 

Go To Settings - > System and manually check for an update. I had to do this on mine and there was an update available. Once it downloaded, installed and rebooted the games installed successfully.
