Xbox one error code 0x87de07d1

I downloaded 2 games. Madden 16 and battlefield 4, and I have played both of these games on my Xbox one before, but now when I try to play either of those games I get that error code, and it says I need to insert the disc, or if I bought it online (which
I got them both free with Xbox live gold) to sign in with Xbox live (which I already am) so I don't know what to do.

I have already tried restarting it, and rebooting it, by unplugging the power brick, but I don't want to try to uninstall them, because I am afraid I won't be able to reinstall them

Customer service had me test the connection, reset my xbox one and do the basic trouble shooting . bought the game digitaly and it said it needed the disc, error code 0x87de07d1.

 

It's Microsoft secretly region locking games basically stealing games from peoples accounts. I've got the same problem with all my digital games. Microsoft are evil and money greedy. Should go to playstation.

 

And if you don't see me on here it's Microsoft banned my account for whistleblowing one of there secrets on how to get more money from people. It's a failing company compared to Sony PlayStation ect.

Sounds like another profile on your Xbox One may have purchased Madden and had your Xbox One set as it's Home console. Have you had any other friends use your Xbox One that may have purchased the game?

No I've got no other profile on my xbox one I've always had the same profile from my xbox 360, i bought the games with my gold account from the games with gold section i haven't even got the license for most of my games. Microsoft have tampered with my account.
Anyways digital games is a money making scheme from Microsoft so they can make more money from xbox users so they have to purchase the same games again that is my theory.

 

Hi, didn't EA have an offer where you could install and play some of their games for a limited amount of time, that offer now expired which is I suspect why you're now getting this issue.

No your on about games with free play days from the games with gold section, they was full downloadable games with your xbox live gold membership.

It's a licensing issue if you don't buy them from the xbox store you don't own the games basically so if you buy them from a third party like ebay from another profile or redeem code Microsoft will see no proof of license of the game on your xbox account
and remove the game you purchased. So buying a hard disc copy of a game is much better seems as Microsoft can't take the game off you that way.

It's okay but thanks for understanding Mista Maka, but the advocacy team and the manager are trying to work on the issue and they have made it a priority seems as its a important issue that has happened.
