    0x87dd001a my xbox was workimg fine yesterday ans today ot cant even connect to my router, when I try to it comes up "cannot connect to your DHCP server

    So I guess it's a connection issue. Please reset your router and also reset your wireless connection and set it up again. To have the wireless connection resetted just plug-in a network cable.

    Are you also being issues when trying to connect wired?

    I can't connect wired, ands its not the network, everything else is working in my house ands I tried restarting it and it didn't work

    What happens if you try to reconnect the one after resetting the wireless connection?

    Have you tried the troubleshooting guide?

    Sri, I haven't meant resetting the router but resetting the wireless connection of the Xbox by deleting the WiFi credentials. For this you need to plug in a network cable so the WiFi settings are deleted and then set up the WiFi login again.

    Hmm afaik the home hub models seem to make problems from time to time.

    Are you able to set up a static ip address to your One and see if that works for you?

    You go to settings / network and setup the ip adress manually.

    You should check with with your pc by logging into your router which ip range your router provides and pick an ip out of this range. The subnet mask usually is 255.255.255.0, gateway and dns you can enter the ip address of your router.
