    Yup, same thing going on. Can't save my avatar as my gamer pic. I find it a little ridiculous that they have an error code pop up then don't have anything about that error code on the website ...

    I wanted to finally make family avatars. I have had my Xbox One for several years and had never tried to open the avatar app until last week. The Avatar app will not even open for me. Then I get the error code 0x854f0000. I've had tried every tip in the
    forums, nothing worked.

    I am having issues with setting a gamerpic after customizing my avatar. I called Xbox support twice and we ran through all the trouble shooting steps so they suggested I contact you guys. Can someone help me?

    I have been having this same issue and error code for past few days. It shows the pic i made with xbox games app 4 win8 but its too small so went to make new one now that i have actual xbox and same error. Lets save2 one drive but not set as gamerpic.
