Xbox One error code: 0x854f0000

i was customizing my avatar on xbox one and when i finished and set my avatar as my gamerpic its showed that something went wrong then i tried it again and it happened again

Error Code 0x854f0000 NOT fixed

I'm getting the error code 0x854f0000 when I try to access my avatar on my xbox one. I am not in the preview program. The other threads I read re: this kept saying "this issue has been resolved" well...it hasn't. So what's the solution (don't say power
cycling, resetting cache or doing a rain dance). Also, if I get an error code & I enter it into the error code search bar shouldn't I get info re: that error? I ask because it says there's no info on such an error yet if you google the error code its apparently
not an isolated issue. Tganks

 

Avatars App Issue

I'm getting the same error. I didn't change my gamertag, but yeah, everytime I launch I get error 0x854f0000

Help would be awesome!

 

Hello! have you tried a power cycle? Hold in the power button until the Xbox turns off. Unplug it from the wall, and then wait 1-2 minutes and start it back up. Let me know if this helps.

There also could have been a service outage that caused the error.

 

I am having the same problem with and I'm getting the same error code when I try to save my avatar and use it as my gamer pic. It will not save as gamer pic at all with out throwing up that error code. I can save it to the onedrive, but not as my gamer
pic. I power cycled the xbox one and that did not work.

 

A couple of us noticed this in the preview program its now being looked into you can save the new image to one drive but that's it I will post back here if and when something turns up.

 

Could you confirm if you are in the preview program or not thanks.

Cannot update gamerpic for over an hour now. Tried changing outfits. Nothing. Keeps reverting back to my last gamerpic saved.

 

All I can say at the moment is the devs are looking at this, also we have tried to find a quick fix but no luck yet, so we need to sit this one out until they come up with something hopefully it wont be long.

 

Hello. I'm trying to edit my avatar used for my gamerpic, and it won't update the image. It stays with the previous one, and I changed it last night so it's been over 12 hours. I've also tried to update it numerous times and have turned the console off/on.

Any ideas? I can change it to one of the pictures and it works instantly. Thanks.
