Xbox One error code: 0x80bd0007

Discus and support Xbox One error code: 0x80bd0007 in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; trying to add my son to family but it says he is already in a family, been on xbox 360 and he is not on family there either, how do i remove him from...     Xbox One error code: 0x80bd0007


    trying to add my son to family but it says he is already in a family, been on xbox 360 and he is not on family there either, how do i remove him from exisiting family and add him on xbox one?

    Error Code 0x80bd0007 - Any Help?

    Same problem here. This has been going on since 11-23 and I am finally glad they realize that these accounts are orphaned and separated from the parental account. This in essence, freezes the account since you cannot remove them from a family to add them
    to a new family and set security/permissions. Error code 0x80bd007 is the key and I have given support this code for over a week now and two escalated cases. The fix would be to clear all accounts with this error code from any previous famial associations
    and this can only be done with a script fix. Please write if anyone gets this solved.

    On another forum, someone went in and was able to purchase BF4 Premium. Just tried it and I was able to buy BF4 Premium tool! Not sure what Microsoft did in the background. I have an escalated case pending, so, they might have cleared my account or transfered
    the 360 security permissions through to XBOX One.
