Xbox One Error Code 0x8027025a

Hello, I've been having issues launching a game on my Xbox One. Every time I try to launch NBA 2K17, an error message pops up and says " For some reason NBA 2K17 took too long to start. (0x8027025a)." That's the only game that gives me that message. All
of my other Xbox games work perfectly. At first I thought there was something wrong with the game, so I contacted 2K and they advised me to clear the cache on the Xbox and to hard restart my Xbox. Both those methods didn't work. I have thought about uninstalling
and reinstalling the game, but I am not sure if the downloaded content I received from pre-ordering the game will be lost. Will I lose my pre-order downloaded in game items if I reinstall? Is there any other method I can use in order to fix this problem? Your
help would be much appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Xbox One Games Won't Start

Yup! No code, at least I don't get any, sometimes the (0x8027025a) appears.

 

cant play BF4 keep getting a error code 0x8027025a the game has taken to long to start

since i got my xbox one s ive had error codes on 2 games BF4 & DR3,

error code 0x8027025a

for some reason battlefield 4 has taken to long to start 0x8027025a

for some reason deadrising 3 has taken to long to start 0x8027025a

both digital downloads ive uninstalled reintalled the games deleted my gamertad turnd the power ect, nothing has worked
