    I keep getting this code, which means the system is timing out. I noticed the problem when I installed Killer Instinct, which had an issue installing. Any help before I call Microsoft?

    during console update get error code:

    0x80072F78 0x00000000 0x9FFF0004

    Please help me correct this.

    Disregard. It was the wrong code and I found the solution by doing a hard reset.
