I have a question ... If I cancel the preview, my console will continue with this error (0x21) disk dirty ... until the official update?

Is there a way to downgrade to version 1403 system and return to normal as all consoles without preview? Maybe a Hard Reset, leaving as factory? Thanks for listening ..

Your stuck with the update until it releases in april, theres no way to get rid of the update. You can however once this preview is over you acces the preview registration app and unregister for future preview updates.

NJDevils rock13... but if close the viewer application, receive a fix?? or will I have to wait for the official update out to all users XboxOne? That would be in April or not necessarily ...

I have the same bug , and the problem is the last update. The hardware is OK now i have my answer xD. NJDevils i cant read the group . Thanks you all! waiting for the fix!

I have done my own error testing on this and I have discovered what is causing this problem.

The problem is caused by the option under startup called "resume games quickly" (Which is no longer marked as Beta.)

What is happening is this. When you run a disc game with this option on, the game stays active in the background unless you actually select "quit" from the start menu. So, when you switch discs, lets say from game A to game B, the XB1 gets confused and
thinks it is still trying to load game A.

Here are the temporary solutions:

1. shut off this feature.

2. make sure to quit the game before you eject the disc.

BTW - it took me about 15 minutes of QA testing to figure this out. Funny that Microsoft couldn't find it. Hopefully they will see this thread.

Hagame i did the same thing as you and still i had the problem. Looks like we have to wait for the update. But men i was super scared when this bug bega. I thought my xbox was broken .

i have the xbox one day editon it worked fine but not its starting to give me the error disc message since the new updates why !!!!!! theres no excuse why this should be happening paying $600 im expecting a better working product !!! fix nowwwwwwwwwwwww
