    anyone at moment can't sign into there gt on xbox live?

    I would start by trying to activate the code on your Xbox console as well as our Code Redemption page. If the issue persists after trying those both, I recommend following the steps on our Xbox
    Live Code Redemption Troubleshooter     to get that code working!

    If the code continues to not redeem, there could be an issue with billing on your account. The best thing to do in that scenario is to contact our chat or phone support agents through our Contact Us page so
