    Xbox one error can't fix!!!


    My xbox one won't let me purchase Xbox live gold or season passes it just says there is an error. So I went to the store and bought 3 months worth of Xbox live gold to redeem the code which I put in and the same error came up. I've tried to redeem it on
    the Xbox website and the same happened and I've also tried signingl into a different Xbox to try it but with the same result. I don't know what to do?

    Do you get an error code with that message? Usually if trying to purchase via credit card you need to verify your billing address for your xbox account matches your credit cards address. Also make sure there are no restrictions on your account you can do
    this by logging into login.live.com and look at your account details there and make sure they're all up to date.

    Lynx it doesn't work with Website or Console, I will take a guess and say Everyone who is having these problems have tried using a code that has given their account an error that needs to be investigated as you can no longer use any form of Xbox Live code.
