(XBOX ONE) Error "Can't finish multiplayer tests" code: 0x0000000000000000

THE ISSUE: I am unable to connect to multiplayer.

THE CONTEXT: I'm connected to the internet, have an Open NAT type

I am able to talk in a party with friends, but cannot connect to multiplayer.

When I run multiplayer tests, I get the error, "Unable to finish multiplayer tests, error code: 0x00000000000000000".

This has never happened until now, I moved into a new house with a brand new router. TP-Link CR700.

WHAT I"VE TRIED:

I have tried power cycling xbox.

I have power cycled router.

I have factory reset xbox, keeping games and apps.

I have tried using ethernet instead of wireless.

I have cleared alternate MAC address and restarted xbox.

I have manually input a static IP address for the xbox, and forwarded port 3074 in my router.

I can't find any other suggestions online, and I'm all out of ideas.

When I test it, I don't get any error code. It simply says "Can't finish multiplayer tests. Back up and try the test again. If it doesn't work, there may be a problem with your network. (0x0000000000000000)"

Hello, have you tried opening the other ports on your modem besides 3074?

Unfortunately after opening all the other ports listed in the link you posted, I still get the same "can't complete multiplayer tests" error. I power cycled both the xbox and router and tried again, but no luck.

Any other possibilities?

Have you tried testing the console on another network to see if the problem is not with your network?

I haven’t tried that since the problem first occurred, but prior to this it had always been on a different network and worked just fine.
