    Xbox one error 116 not going away


    Dear team, i have been trying to get my kid to play roblox and i keep getting the same 116 error. i have gone through the steps below and nothing works. i’ve changed to my profile, and it does not work. I even remove all of the restrictions all over, shifted
    the account over to an adult access, and it does not work either. Not sure what else to do.

    1. Go to "Settings".
    2. Select "Account".
    3. If you want change your own account settings, skip to step 5. But if you want to change your child´s account settings then select Family.
    4. Select your child's account to change settings.
    5. Now select "Xbox Live Privacy".
    6. Select "View details & customize".
    7. Go down to "Game content".
    8. Now go to the 3rd option over that says "You can see and share content" and change it so it says "Everybody".

    XBOX ONE COMES OUT NEXT WEEK!!!!!

    A week is classified as 7 days, unless you live on another planet, then a week can be much longer.

    For instance a day on Venus is 116 earth days meaning the Xbox One is 1276 days away.

    Hello!

    if it worked before the latest update that means it could something on our end.

    an option what i could recommend to you is that, you change you child's settings that eases restrictions on different type of games, you can do this by going to My Account > Content restrictions and change the age range to what you feel comfortable with.

    if the the step above did not work i suggest that you hover over the game > click the pause button > click Manage games & add-ons > go to Saved Data > hover over the one that says your profiles name > click the pause button > and delete the file (This will
    not harm your child's game this will maybe let him access it.

    Also always check for updates.

    And if no steps work Uninstall the game and then Reinstall the game.

    I am running into the same thing with my daughter’s Xbox. It seems that this error has resurfaced with the latest Xbox update.
