Hi, i am not able to sign in to the console now. Also tried all solutions like reboot console, remove and add account again... After entering password appears error 0x80a40010

Yes, tried all these steps with no luck. Still receive the same error.

I can not log in to my Xbox account on xbox with the error number (0x80a40010).

how to fix it

 

I've encountered issue with signing in to my account. Constant error while trying to sihn in.

I've allready tried:

1) Reboot

2) Reset

3) Account delition

After account delition all I see is my email instead of gamertag and again I'm unable to sign in.

Any information from Microsoft about this problem and timing of this issue fixing will be a plus.

 

I don't see any current service alerts going on via the status page but this page might help you out if you haven't seen it already. If you still can't sign in, I would contact official support.
