Xbox one error 0x8027025a

Hi, I've buy a new game for my X1, and when i want to lauch it, an error message (0x8027025a) appears and i can't play the game. This problem persists since yesterday and i can't play. Please help me, but if i had to buy a ps4, i'll do it.

cant play BF4 keep getting a error code 0x8027025a the game has taken to long to start

since i got my xbox one s ive had error codes on 2 games BF4 & DR3,

error code 0x8027025a

for some reason battlefield 4 has taken to long to start 0x8027025a

for some reason deadrising 3 has taken to long to start 0x8027025a

both digital downloads ive uninstalled reintalled the games deleted my gamertad turnd the power ect, nothing has worked

Yup! No code, at least I don't get any, sometimes the (0x8027025a) appears.

Heya Mrvito3.

Let's try a quick power cycle on your Xbox One. Hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds until it powers off completely, then start it back up and give the game another go. Let us know if that helps with the error.

When I have issues like this my first instinct is to restart my console.

Hard reset your Xbox One console and its cache

Many users have been able to resolve error 0x8027025A by hard resetting both their Xbox One consoles and their cache. In order to do so, you need to:

Press and hold the Xbox button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds, at which point it will shut down.
Unplug the power supply from your console.
Wait for ~3 minutes.
Plug the power supply back into your console.
Press the Xbox button on your Xbox One console to turn it on.

When the Xbox One boots up, check to see if you still run in to error 0x8027025A when signing in or trying to start any of your apps.

If that does not work, I also read some people having this issue have had success with this.

Uninstall the affected app and install it on your external HDD

If you see error 0x8027025A when trying to start a game or app you installed on your Xbox One and are also using an external HDD with your Xbox One instead of just its internal HDD, you might also be able to get rid of error 0x8027025A by completely uninstalling
the affected game or app from your Xbox One and then reinstalling it on your external HDD instead of the console’s internal HDD. This solution has proven effective for a significant number of Xbox One users experiencing error 0x8027025A while trying to start
games/apps on their consoles and who also use external HDDs.

hi I got the same error 0x8027025a.

To resolve, switch power to xbox one at wall, leave for 5 mins powered off, then power back on.

It worked for me!
