Well, yesterday I move my xbox console to my grandmother´s house, because I wanted to play Fortnite, everything was going fine, then I went out and connected my xbox console in my house, when I tried to log my account a message appears "There were something
wrong (Something like that i dont speak very well English), try it again later" well, I thought It was just a simple mistake and log my acc again, but that &%*$$ng message appeared again, I logged in my brother´s acc and everything was fine in that account,
but I cant login in my acc, why? Is sony better than Microsoft?

4days ago works fine .... but in march 5 ..stop it i can,t login .... when i want sing in i get those messages

can't sign in to xbox

Trying to get in xbox account in windows 10 but error keeps happening error code "0x801901F4" internal server error (500). help me please.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue.

If I were you, I would start troubleshooting by removing your profile and then redownloading it back to your console from Xbox Live directly as outlined in How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One.

When you get a chance give those steps a try and let us know how that went.

We went onto Microsoft support and chatted with the help desk where they had us delete the account on the xbox and recreate the account. This fixed the issue we were having.
