Xbox One Error 0x80070002

    Xbox One Error 0x80070002


    Lately this error is always occurring when I'm trying to start an OG-Xbox or Xbox360 game.

    I've honestly tried EVERYTHING I was told on older support threads:

    - soft reset

    - hard reset

    - uninstalling/reinstalling those games

    - Wiping the whole console (did this twice)

    Still, the error occurs with every single game from the older consoles.

    Is there another trick to solve this or is my Xbox ready for the dumpster because of this faulty OS?

    I'm having the same problem too on my Xbox One X. I've exhausted all options and no success.

    Is the error code you're seeing is 0x80070002?
