Bom olá a todos,e obrigado por ler isto.Meu XBOX ONE apresenta um erro de inialização E102,já fiz todos os procedimentos necessários para prosseguir assim como baixei o arquivo zip em uma unidade de pen drive,pluguei mo xbox e segurei os botões mencionados
corretamente.Meu xbox tem mais ou menos 3 anos de uso e nunca apresentou nenhum problema antes e NUNCA foi ao suporte,minha dúvida é:será que se eu enviar ou conversar com alguém da equipe da Microsoft eu consigo consertar meu console???

Erro 102

after atualization xbox one, my xbox console is erro 102, i try restore default factory, but, erro 102 again, again, again.

xbox one 500GB , OUT OF WARRANTY,buy from china.

Thank you for bringing this situation to our attention here on the forums. I would recommend going through these step:

“I need help with system updates on my Xbox One”. If you have tried everything listed and the console still will not boot up your console may need to be serviced.

Getting your Xbox console or Kinect sensor serviced.

Let us know how it goes with a reply.

Try performing a hard reset by pressing the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts off completely. Then unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.

Resolveu momentaneamente.

Infelizmente, no dia seguinte surgiu um novo erro.

Agora a mensagem é de erro 105 ou E105. Devo repetir o mesmo procedimento usado anteriormente no erro 102, para voltar a usar meu video game?
