Xbox one enforcement

Discus and support Xbox one enforcement in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; My main gamer tag was not suspended and I called Xbox support they said I was but then I looked on enforcement.xbox.com it did not pop up...     My main gamer tag was not suspended and I called Xbox support they said I was but then I looked on enforcement.xbox.com it did not pop up

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    Possibly, the enforcement website had not been updated at the time of your call. Xbox Support should have the most updated info. If you are still unable to see anything on the enforcement website, I would suggest calling Xbox Support again, explaining your
    situation.

    The only way to contact enforcement is through there website, https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US Log in to the account that has been punished and press the orange hammer it
    will take you to another webpage and it will explain the reason why on the current case section.

    Sorry that there is not a number to call but that is literally the only way to talk to enforcement

    Enforcement
    website for all information regarding Bans and/or Suspensions. Please be aware that any Xbox Live member with an
    active
    enforcement action may
    submit a case for review
    through the account's
    Enforcement History,
    provided the enforcement meets the following requirements:

    • The enforcement's duration is greater than 24 hours in length
    • The enforcement was issued in the last 12 months



    Also, please note: we are not able to provide the answers to you regarding the questionnaire. That is meant for
    you to answer in order to show you understand the policies and will not go against the guidelines again. Please review our

    When XBLPET issues an enforcement action, an
    email
    message is automatically sent     to the address associated with your Xbox Live account. If you are using a child account, an email is also sent to the Microsoft Account
    associated with your parent or guardian. Each email message explains that the account was subject to enforcement action and links to pages that provide additional information. Try
    to reach out to them through the email they send out and check to see if they respond that way.
