Xbox one elite series 2 issues straight out the box!

My elite series 2 is about 1 week old now and i just cant ignore the issues anymore. Ever simce i bought this ive noticed the face buttons felt really odd compared to other controllers. Its like A and B fell mushy compared to X and Y and dont spring back
as they should. Also the analog stick tension control (the main thing i bought this expensive controller for) Has just deteriorated over use, i can barely tell a difference between the lowest and the highest setting anymore!

im so so disappointed that this is yet more money down the drain and that i didnt learn from the first mistake, which was buying a series 1 which had endless issues from day 1 also. What can i do? Ive looked and my device is still in warranty but they’ve
made it as cryptic as possible to actually claim.

Very very sad and disappointed this has happened.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with your new controller and I understand it is frustrating considering it is a new premium product.

Microsoft have acknowledged that there are issues and have instructed their engineering teams to investigate and report back.

As for your controller, you could either take the controller back to the retailer you purchased it from and see what they can do or you can contact support and make a claim from Microsoft under your warranty.

Same problem, A button not always working on Elite series 2 controller, straight out the box. Returned it to Microsoft store, still waiting to hear back from them 1 week on.
