    Xbox one Elite series 2 controller


    After owning 3 separate xbox controllers all of which broke meaning the enjoyment was removed from gaming. I purchased what Microsoft declared as their ultimate controller, 3 months out of warranty, and it's broke. The left bumpers don't work, the d pad doesn't respond as expected it's utterly ridiculous. I'm left powerless again. Is there anyone at Microsoft who cares about their customers or people for that matter? What should I do here, is the controller repairable and quite frankly spending over £300 on controllers alone and not one of them works I feel it would be foolish to buy yet another one.

    Sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with the current Xbox controllers, however, the question forum is the incorrect place to post your feedback. Unless you are asking about current Xbox controller advancements in-which case that would be the Xbox Elite Controller
    Series 1 and Xbox Elite Controller Series 2. The Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 being the newest on the market and being awarded,
    "Best of E3 2019 - Hardware/Peripheral" - Game Critics Awards.
