[Xbox One Elite] Serial number not found

Hello,

I would like to know the warranty period of my Xbox One Elite Controller V2 but the serial number of it cannot be found when i return it to the site.

It does not appear to correspond to a standard serial number. Yet it is inded an official controller and bought in a department store.

Here is a picture of part of the serial number : After " 02WA" there is 10 numbers

Can someone help me ? Thanks

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having issue setting repair up. We recommend requesting a call from support. They can assist in the repair order creation.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us

Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing

Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

I already did it and because of the Covid no service is currently available... I tryed other option during " step 2 et and step3" but all time i have the same awnser : service is currently available.

Without any solution i'm here now...

Thank you again for responding, I look all over the outside and all I found was the Serial number and a barcode, I also tried the link that you put there and it did show the Xbox, but it did not show how much storage it is supposed to have, I'm not sure if there is any way that I can check through the serial number, but everywhere I looked I couldn't find a place to search that up. When I looked at the link it showed the Xbox as "Xbox one" but didn't say "Xbox one elite" I'm not sure if that is because the elite consoles were discontinued or what.

Unfortunately, because i bought the elite controller on its own, i cant seem to register it. When asking where to find the serial number there is no option for the xbox elite series 1. Other people have said unless you bought the package (Which i didn't)
there the serial number option doesn't register the serial number of the controller. the only way to register a xbox elite controller is to by the paddle package and then the serial number is accepted. Personally i don't want to have to buy something just
to be able to see if a warranty is still active.

To verify if an Elite Controller is Real;

The Xbox Elite 2 lacks the silver strip on top of the controller and has a textured, rubberized grip instead of plastic handles.

Model number

The model number is on a printed label inside the battery compartment.

Serial number

The Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 has a 14-character serial number in the lower center on the back of the controller. You can register the serial number to check if it was manufactured in your country and is original.
