Xbox One Elite sending "Xbox mute & unmute" command twice

I recently upgraded to the elite console and are having an annoying issue. The One sends the mute and unmute command twice. The one auto detects my TV (Vizio E711-A3) and all the command correctly except those two. I have also tried adding I all the Vizio
codes and none fix the issue. The console is connected by HDMI and sending the commands by CEC and not the Kinect ir.

Anyone know of a fix or have an idea of where to start?

you can mute the original kinect so i dont see why not this one

 

Mute Command not working

I just got an XBOX One elite console yesterday to replace my broken XB1. Got it all set up and everything is working excellent except for when I say XBOX mute. For some reason it seems to be hearing the command twice and mutes the tv then immediately
unmutes it again. I've tried setting up my kinect voice commands multiple times by entering the tv brand manually as well as letting the xbox one gui "guide me". I have also tried power cycling and even unplugging the brick itself. Any souggestions or fixes
would be appreciated, I really am too lazy to use the remote.

was unsure if this was happening to anyone else, apparently I am not alone, I'm going to try to send this to Microsoft support...
