XBox One Elite Power Supply

Would it be possible for you to tell us if it is a Xbox Product or a Third Party Device

I recently got the Elite Bundle and the power supply that was in the box did not seem any different from the Day One Xbox Power supply I used.

Also have a look at these two pages hopefully they can shed some light on the issue.

If not already done so, register your console on the device support page.

Then click on the console you have trouble with.

You might have to click on the link at the bottom after selecting your console to get additional support and repair options.

You should then see your console at the top, and below that, two drop down menus.

Choose that you have trouble with an accessory, and then in the second drop down menu, choose power supply.

Then follow the process through to get a new power supply.

Is the Xbox turning on? Or is it not powering up at all? I myself have an Elite, and I've never heard the chirping sound, but from your post, I can't tell if the Xbox is actually powering up. If the Xbox turns on, check the light on the power supply and
it should be green. When the Xbox is powered down, the power supply light should be yellow. If the power supply light is red, then that would indicate a bad power supply.
