    Hello,

    I have become a problem again. For the third time I have an Elite gamepad on Xbox One, it has happened that my rubber grips have gone off.

    I tried to claim a claim via Microsoft, but I did not find my problem there to complete the complaint. So I would like to ask you if you could send me labels for resolving the claim.

    As I have already written, the problem has become my third time, and it seems like this problem is totally insoluble, and it is a problem with every Elite gamepad. These are rubberized grips. If they were going to stick somehow better. Or was it possible
    to replace the gamepad completely for another gamepad without rubber grip, I would like to. But I do not know how this problem can be solved, as the service center will send me a new gamepad that will last for half a year at most three-quarters and then the
    rubber grips will begin to peel away.

    Why did the Xbox ONE ELITE gamepad not be improved yet? I have two ELITE gamepads, and I've got more than four times rubbed the rubber grips and it's an unfinished problem. I do not even have one in the warranty, but I'm really hurt. So expensive gamepad
    and every year of use, the rubber grips are removed.

    Enhance this gamepad please!

    I do not add this to the Xbox Idea because there's no idea that an admin is never approved.

    Hello,

    one option is a wireless USB to PC adapter.

    The second option I use. I have an Xbox ONE ELITE gamepad. I have a USB cable connected to the gamepad, I connect it to my laptop and the system will find the gamepad and without any problem my gamepad works.

    There must be a problem on your side because I'm using an Xbox ONE Elite gamepad, with a USB cable. I have it connected to a PC and it works fine for me. I don't use the gamepad wirelessly on Xbox or PC. If you are using a USB adapter for your gamepad,
    try plugging the adapter into another USB. Or check for updates.

    Title says it all I suppose, but after using my elite controller for a short while the left hand grip has started to fall out. I am quite disappointed that, given the price point, this would happen. Is there anything that can be done or do I have

    Hello VernalThe Devil, releasing the rubber grip at the ELITE gamepad is, unfortunately, an occasional problem, but it is already working on the second version of the ELITE gamepad where this problem is resolved.

    If you have a gamepad under warranty (as a standard 1 year warranty on the gamepad), send your gamepad to a workshop. Ask for a claim on Microsoft's website.

    If you do not already have a gamepad in the warranty, it is also good to contact a certified service team to repair the gamepad professionally.

    I have two ELITE gamepads. I like this gamepad. She just does nothing. This gamepad will last a maximum of six months. Then the rubber grips peel off. And on both drivers it happened 3 times. I can't claim them anymore so I have ELITE gamepad just half.

    I like playing with this gamepad.

    Honestly this problem is the biggest horror. I have two ELITE gamepads, and for me both have this problem seven times. But it is already working on the ELITE v2 gamepad, where these issues will be solved.
