Xbox One Elite Crashing / Freezing (probably Overheating)

So i got my Xbox One a couple of months from now and it worked just fine until a week ago. First time it frozed during GTA5 and i reset it by holding the power button for 10 seconds. Afterwards it kept on crashing 1-2 minutes after entering the game or even
in the home screen menu. I let it cool down for like an hour or two and then played just fine for the rest of the evening (1-2 hours). After that day it keeps freezing during games after 1-2 hours of playing, and one time it frozed while installing a game,
not even playing. Every time it crashes i can not play imediately, as i need to let it cool for a couple of hours. I think it is overheating, but as i found out, it should`ve display an error with something like "Your Xbox One is designed to automatically
shut down to protect it from insufficient ventilation.....etc", but i have never seen one of those. I need to mention that when it crashes it makes a noise like the HDD or the SDD is trying to read but can`t. And the weirdest things of all, i woke up one
night hearing that hdd noise from the xbox like it kept trying to read or something, but the weird thing is that it was turned off. Any suggestions or opinions on what it could be or what should i do? Thanks!

The freezing usually means that your Xbox is overheating. Make sure it has a clear airflow.

That doesn't sound good! First and foremost, please make sure that you have your Xbox One console
appropriately placed for ventilation. Additionally, make sure that your console is plugged directly into the wall. If both of those suggestions are met, I would recommend performing
a
Factory Restore of your Xbox One console.

If the issue persists in spite of those suggestions, unfortunately your console may be in need of repairs. If you need to start the process, you can do so via the
Online Service Center.
