Xbox One Elite Controller thumb Stick Lag

My elite controller isn't nearly as responsive as a regular controller. its the thumb sticks. they lag in game and in the hud. I have a feeling its because of the new wifi tech they use or the fact that they are configurable. please make these elite
controllers work as well as the regular ones. anyone with an elite controller can compare them in game or the dashboard. right now I'm in a party of 8 and everyone with an elite controller is having the issue I'm describing

my elite controller left thumb stick has come loose the right thumb stick is ok, I'm now on my second controller and this one has done the some thing, has anyone els had the same problem....?

Xbox One Elite Controller, Left thumb stick LAG. In game and on the dashboard.

My Xbox one elite controllers thumb stick lags a lot more than my regular controllers. I find that on the dashboard I have to use the Dpad to get around. I don't know if its because the sticks are configurable but at least please put in an option to disable
thumb stick configuration until this issue is fixed.

id also like to add, I found this, I have 2 elite controllers, I bought a second one because my first one has been drifting for a month now, but my new and old controller both lag.

Hi there,

The Elite Controller comes with 3 sets of thumb sticks - 2 standard size (same size as the controller that comes with the console-physically checked them against my controllers), 2 taller ones, and 2 domed ones (which seem more like a middle height between
the tall and the standard size thumb sticks).

It took me a while to adjust, but now that I have, a regular Xbox controller doesn't feel right after spending a couple weeks with the Elite 2.

I'm using the middle thumb stick tension for both thumb sticks. For my right thumb stick I changed the settings from Default to Instant. I have the left thumb stick set to the middle tension as well with the settings at Smooth.
