    XBOX One Elite controller support


    The "RB" button on my elite controller is dangling off. It started off just like a loose tooth, it felt uncomfortable and felt different from my "LB" button. 20 minutes after that while playing nba 2k17 (a game where the RB button is essential) It popped
    out of place. I called Xbox support and they said the controller can only be helped by them if its a thumb stick or D-PAD issue. I'm writing this only to ask one question, are you serious? It's absurd that we as consumers pay $150 for a controller and once
    there is a problem with it, "sorry there is nothing we can do". Been a consumer of Microsoft for 10 years now and I have never been so upset with them before this. It's honestly ridiculous, I paid $150 just to basically use the controller for 4 months.
