Xbox One Elite Controller RB button Broken

Can I pay to have this repaired?I believe its out of warranty.Love the controller but don't want to have to buy another one.

Elite controller bumper broken

hi i live in europe their is a law witch says that every product are under warranty for 2 years.

Yesterday my elite controller had a problem with rb button the bumper is broken ,i had this controller in the xbox one elite pack 1to.

On 15 december 2015 the console is warranty since 2018 but can i get a replacement or a repair on that controller ? She has less than a year. Thank you for your help

 

Concerning the Elite Controller

Xbox Elite controller is an excellent controller, but i feel like the LB+RB buttons can use an upgrade.

I went through 2 elite controller where my LB button just snapped loose.

I constantly use LB for games that provide the "bumper jumper control scheme"

If Microsoft ever came to upgrade those buttons like making them metal or not having the LB and RB connected together as one plastic piece, i would be happily to purchase another one.

The price of a repair is the cost of a new controller on out of warranty controllers - if they even do repairs on them anymore.

Unfortunately you will have to buy a new one.

Microsoft do not repair controllers. They replace them if they are in warranty. If it it out of warranty they will charge you for a new controller
